  • 1% Acquisition Fee

    With an industry standard 3% acquisition fee, Palmwest Capital operates well below standard, passing the savings on to investors.

  • 3% Asset Management Fee

    Palmwest charges a 3% Asset Management fee on gross revenue. The fee goes towards active asset management, cost savings analyses, portfolio improvement reviews, and general management activities.

  • 1% Disposition Fee

    with an industry standard 3% disposition fee, Palmwest Capital operates well below standard, charging only 1% of any refinance, cash out, or disposition of assets.
